Delhi Police has flagged road restrictions around Parliament for the ongoing Monsoon Session, effective until August 13.

Delhi Police has flagged road restrictions in the New Delhi Range for the duration of Parliament’s ongoing Monsoon Session.

Traffic congestion is expected on Rafi Marg, Motilal Nehru Marg, Maulana Azad Road, K Kamaraj Marg, Raisina Road, Rajendra Prasad Road, Parliament Street, Ashoka Road, Talkatora Road, Pandit Pant Marg and Rakab Ganj Gurudwara Road.

Alternate routes recommended for commuters include Janpath, Man Singh Road, Akbar Road, Teen Murti Marg, Shanti Path, Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Road, Kamal Ataturk Marg, Panchsheel Marg and Vinay Marg.

The Outer Circle of Connaught Place, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Mother Teresa Crescent Road, Sardar Patel Marg and the roundabout near Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital remain open.

The arrangements will be in place until the session concludes on August 13, 2026.

Commuters have been urged to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra travel time.
