Several localities in Bengaluru will experience a power outage today, July 26, between 10 am and 5 pm, due to scheduled maintenance by the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company.
The affected areas include New KHB Colony, Bande Mutt, Sachidananda Nagar and Hoysala Circle, along with layouts served by the Tavarekere and Byadarahalli substations.
The outage is being used by BESCOM crews to strengthen power lines and replace switchgear in these areas.
Residents are advised to follow live updates through the BESCOM Mithra mobile application or the 1912 helpline number.
BESCOM conducts such planned maintenance outages periodically across the city as part of its infrastructure maintenance schedule.
